The place was just dingy and dirty. They gave us the West tower and our floor was so moist it made our socks wet. They had to move us to another tower because evidently the rooms in that tower all have a problem. The room itself was also gross. Paint and wallpaper peeling. For 400 a night I would expect it’s at least clean. The room they moved us too has blazing lights outside the window. Not sure how we are sleeping as our drapes give the appearance of a large lighted vanity!

I ordered an "ocean view" room and the "view" was that of a corner room that could see a bit of the southern beach. The problem I had was i was expecting to be directly looking at the beach from the price i paid. Also, The windows were so dirty on the outside i could barely see through the dirt marks. They need to get window washers to clear the windows up. The air conditioner kept making a knocking noise every time it turned off and on. It sounded like someone was knocking on the wall. The TV stations were hardly HD. some were fuzzy and some didn't come in at all. We were only provided with 1 towel for two people. I didn't even take a shower because i didn't have a towel. I was underwhelmed with my stay for the price i paid.
