Ikhaya is centrally located, and is very close to the city centre, especially if you are here on business or have work at the various consulates in the vicinity. The property is in the boutique guesthouse category and is aesthetically designed. They have a great Italian restaurant on the premises as well, which we really enjoyed during our stay. The only drawback would be the service - it is very new so they are probably still to put their staff support staff in place. There is only one person on the premises who just about manages everything. Also small amenities (which are a given in any hotel/B&B) like a kettle/tea/coffee sachets was missing. Service in the morning can be a bit delayed. There is a standard breakfast available that you can order (choice between north and south Indian/continental) and its pretty good! These are minor issues which can be fixed- all in all I would certainly recommend Ikhaya!
