Food is pure Vegetarian. Food was awesome.Except Food everything was bad. Hotel room was very unhygienic.There were cockroaches in the room. Furnitured were old and broken.Water was leaking from the faucet.

Stay was overall good. Only thing which matter a lot to me - WiFi was not working and it fluctuating all time - i did mentioned this to reception desk but they gave answer it will be only available at peak time i.e. 8.00 am to 10.00 am and it will be only near area of reception.

Change of management has resulted in deteriorated service and food. All the food served in the morning was stale. Room was not up to par. It was much cleaner before.

Good location, but lots of improvements needed
- good location - breakfast is great... but lunch buffet is super expensive - WiFi didn't work well (at least in our room). Feeble reception, and also keeps disconnecting. They also have a policy that only 2 devices can connect. If you connect a third device you will locked out (the reception will unlock you, though) - the a/c wouldn't work for a few hours in the night. It sounds strange, but between around 2am and 6am the a/c blasts warm air, but not cold air. Other times it is ok. So you end up sleeping under the sheets, only to wake up sweating in the middle of the night. Thought this was one-off on the first night. When it happened on the second night, I complained. No one really took me seriously. I suffered through another 2 nights of this weird phenomenon. At check-out I told them again and they didn't know that I had complained about it. - there was a fridge in the room.. it didn't work. I told them about it, and a person came and fiddled around and said it is fixed. But it wasn't. I didn't really need the fridge and so I let it be. - beds that should have been replaced at least a couple of years ago. Their life was literally hanging in balance. - overall, it is ok. but not at all up to the standards of the price that they charge.
