It is good for the price. Rooms are decent and clean. Pool and gym are quite average not really a 5 star IMO but i would say there is a range. I stayed in Leela palace last time which is quite good but also over twice the price. I didn’t like few things in the bathroom like high toilet seat even for 6ft me and also no bath tub. Other than that room was all good. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The property is not well maintained. Bathroom fixtures, tables, cabinets and closets are dated. Staff appears to be very helpful but there is not much coordination amongst them. They are very courteous. Food is over priced, doesn’t deliver on the expected value.

I have stayed here two times and it has been a pleasant experience both times. D. Valentina and her team Juju took care of us like a family. All staff were super respectful and go to great lengths to keep you happy. I will highly recommend this hotel.
