Perfect spot near ORD airport to catch an early flight without morning traffic stress. Walkable distance to the rental car centre, no stree at all to get on time to the always crowded security lines in O'Hare.

everything about the hotel itself was lovely, i do think it could help with a self-check in/out machine (as most hotels could) since there seems to be people at the desk too on and off despite people needing help, also considering that it isn’t the front desk person’s only job to check people in and out, (it’s probably the least of their worries if anything) they could probably greatly benefit from that. that’s absolutely nitpicking though, overall it was a great stay :3 !!
