from a very friendly front desk, staff, housekeeping, hot breakfast, and cleanliness of the entire hotel, my day was extraordinary. The three women who are manning the front desk, really set the tone for my enjoyable stay. They were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone checking in. Feel welcome. The interior and exterior of the building were very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable. I could not have asked for a better time while visiting the Chicago area.
my daughters and I gathered in the breakfast room area H evening to play cards and games. They were quite a few people who also enjoyed the warm lounge and lovely fireplace.

We were there for our daughter’s graduation from bootcamp and this hotel was the best option! The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. We were only 10 minutes or less from the base and had several restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

My stay was not good we experience a roach crawling on the television. I went to grab the iron board from the closet area falling apart was broken. I do not like the refurbish room the bathroom was not up to part. Front desk is dry and not welcoming. Will not book again.
