We arrived and were given a room in which one of the beds was old, absolutely worn-out, shaped like a hammock and had one of its legs broken.. We complained and were promptly given a different room with beds that were better. The room was comfortable.
We had reserved a first floor room, but were told none were available when we arrived. The elevator to our second floor room had a warning sign which cautioned us to load only 3 people and to spread ourselves in a particular way in the elevator! It is ridiculous that the hotel's elevator was in such bad condition that we feared for our lives while riding the elevator! It is unforgivable that the hotel management allowed us to use an elevator that was so terrible.
