We so enjoyed this hotel, our stay was comfortable and the accoutrements were beautiful. Fabulous restaurant, overlooking the golf course. All staff was extremely helpful and courteous. For us, it was covered in snow, enchanting!

The thermostat was nonresponsive- we roasted all night. Very uncomfortable. The room was clean enough, shower head was a little low for tall people. Unfortunate restaurant/room service closes at 9pm as we work late. All in all we were underwhelm.

Mostly my disappointment was that the room was not ready in time and I was even more disappointed with the attitude they had about getting the room ready. Poor. Too bad, nice place - but the service and timlieness against the price was poor. Also, hotel room ice machine was broken.
