I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The room updates were very well done, and I especially appreciated the nice, modern appliances. We booked both houses for our group of 14 so that we could accommodate everyone comfortably for the five days that we were there for meetings and some fun down time.We chose not to eat out, so we cooked all meals in and ate together (snugly) in one of the kitchens, and met throughout the day and evening, in the other house. Each home had a kitchen area which gave us ample dishes, cups, coffee makers, etc. for our convenience and use. If it were not so humid and hot, we would have eaten outside on the cute patios!Preston is a great host and responded quickly to any questions that I had when we first checked in. He even checked in a few days later making sure that all was okay.The places were bright and clean, with nice appliances.We appreciated the lights that lit the way in the evening, when going from one house to the other. We felt very safe.If you are considering staying, we highly recommend!Thank you, again, Preston!

This was a 5-star experience for our group!The houses were well-appointed & the location easy to get to. Our trips to the Creation Museum & Ark Encounter staged well from this area. Appreciate having a driveway to park in instead of needing to vie for a spot on the street- our F-150, Chrysler Pacifica, & Ford Transit van fit with no problem. Preston was helpful & responsive to questions. Check in and check out were super easy. Beds were comfortable, good showers, k-cups ready in the kitchen! It's a great room setup, providing privacy for couples, but areas to gather together as well.Our group of 18 had a majority of seniors, so there weren't any eating places within walking distance for us (younger folks might find a few just under a mile). However, a short trip can have a driver at any number of "fast food" places (we used Raising Cane's and Domino's) to bring food back to the house. We dropped by a nearby IHOP for breakfast one morning. Highly recommend the quick drive to Hofbräuhaus-Newport for a German food supper.As clearly described in the listing, these are 3 story houses, so there ARE stairs. The stairs in the green house are rather steep (especially floor 2 to 3), but with good railings. Be ready for a workout! The houses are on a hill, so even floor 1 units have steps at the entry.Thank you, Preston, for providing floor plans, your hospitality, & a great stay! We will check with you if we're in Cincinnati again.
