Housekeeping only came to the room one time during my entire stay to clean the room even though it says they'll visit every other day. I had to constantly call and ask for new towels or toilet paper because they hardly brought any to my room. Called the front desk to ask for towels and they had me come down to get them because they didnt feel like coming to the room.

We love staying here when we visit family. It is located near the mall and great restaurants. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is great, too!
