what I did not like was every time we left the room and returned later the room key did not work and I had to go to the front desk to have it fixed. every time! what I liked was the helpful staff. they made check in and check out easy especially Edward at the front desk. He was excellent. Good job Edward. You made our stay more enjoyable

Everything was fine. nice hotel spacious room good breakfast;HOWEVER I’m giving overall 4 stars because my bus came late at night and I already called the hotel 2wice to let them know I was gonna do a early check in. Wait for almost 30 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Then they came then gave me the wrong key to a room already booked but fixed it once I came back down for the 2nd time haha overall was a good stay.

We stayed at this property because of it's proximity to an area hospital. Very easy to get to the Hampton Inn and the area around. The room was nice, although the carpet should be replaced. Honestly my biggest complaint is about the toilet paper and the facial tissues. They were the roughest, cheapest, gard on the skin products I've used in a long time. They should be upgraded
