I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

The breakfast was really good at restaurant. The room wasn’t too bad but the shower was awful. The water took atleast 15 min to get where it was even semi warm enough to quickly rinse off and the water was literally drizzling down. There was no pressure at all.

The air-conditioner made a very loud noise that made it difficult to sleep while in use, one of the staff at the front desk said “I was beginning to ask for too much” when I asked for a pen and a piece of paper I needed to write a note—I simply replied “I wouldn’t be asking if it would’ve been in the room. However, what’s positive is that housekeeping found my wallet and turned it into the security team which they placed into their vault when I misplaced my wallet.

When we first checked in there were 3 women having a conversation. At first they didn’t even acknowledge us standing there & then the one said we’ll be with you in a minute. We thought it was rude that they didn’t put us first & thought their conversation was more important than their customers. It was okay for us to wait instead of letting their associates know they will continue the conversation after their customers have been taken care of.

The lobby was wonderfully decorated. Our room, however left much to be desired. there were several cracks in the ceiling where the plaster was peeling off. The bathtub had cracks around the drain and chips in a few places. Plus the bottom of the tub needs to be bleached. Also, the room wasn't cleaned well everyday...

Hotel is old and needs a refresher. Sheetrock was coming down in places in our room. And for the price of $220 it was terrible. Stayed at a super nice Westin in Cleveland for $130 and it was 1000% better. Will not be back disappointed at Hilton as I have always had a good stay at a Hilton.
