I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

Hotel is old and needs a refresher. Sheetrock was coming down in places in our room. And for the price of $220 it was terrible. Stayed at a super nice Westin in Cleveland for $130 and it was 1000% better. Will not be back disappointed at Hilton as I have always had a good stay at a Hilton.

The hotel is an old historic structure. The main areas are very beautiful - great Gatsby era. However, the hotel rooms are very tired and dated. The carpet in our room was old, tattered lamp shades, bed seemed old and uncomfortable, ceiling paint peeling and our bathroom door was hard to close.

Hotel experience just ok

The hotel looks very posh when you first enter, as it has a very grand lobby, however, the rooms are tiny and void of any artwork, etc on the walls. The bathroom was so small that we had to move the door out of the way to use the toilet. The room itself was very clean and, honestly, we were in the room just to sleep but if youre looking for something more luxurious, this is not it. I did not feel that the room was worth the $250/night fee or the $50/night parking fee. Additions, check in was a complete nightmare. We were amongst 50 other people checking in and they had 2 people at the counter, who moved slower than molasses. The check in process definitely needs some work. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location not far from Paycor Stadium, the Great American Ballpark and many restaurants.

Older hotel property. Hallway carpet stained, walls dirty. Saw room service dishes sitting outside rooms all weekend, never picked up. Rooms were ok. Bathroom small. Shower handles were difficult to use. Not sure if we would stay here again.

We knew it was an older building but the rooms definitely need some renovating. There were stains all over the carpet, the lampshade, curtains, the ceiling had bad water damage, the shower took 2 people taking cold showers before the water finally heated up.
