I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

Hotel is old and it shows. The employees are great, very nice and attentive. It is safe and no issues with anything. 1931 restaurant food was good, but when it got busy the service faltered. Except the hotel is not in great shape, buckled walls, damage to baseboards, paint on the bathroom door was peeling and the shower curtain had mold on it. Wouldn't honestly stay there again. Which is a shame to be fair as everyone who worked there was lovely.

This property needs a serious update. Out dated and old and gloomy- (think of The Shining). There was no room service available- food and drinks were impossible to get in the main bar area- apparently the bar tender walked out that day- meanwhile the manager was chanting with the patrons at the bar while his team was hustling frantically. Rooms were small and not what was expected. However for the price, we got what we paid for.

Not a bad place old with cool history. Had room service not replace towels, left dirty glasses on table for 2 days& parking was a challenge.

I was very disappointed by this property. I love the art deco style, and it was widely regarded as one of the premier hotels in Cincinnati, but it has fallen. I hope Hilton can revitalize the area, because having paint on the valances and no pain on the walls is a new "luxury" hotel experience for me.

The carpeting in our room was filthy. Urine stains and a wad of black gum stuck to carpeting. Bottom of doors were coming apart. Paint peeling. Furniture did not match and appeared to have just been thrown together. The top of my nightstand was sticky. I imagine you were doing some sort of renovation and trying to keep some rooms operable. Oh yes, the bathroom was jerry-rigged in a way that it was too SMALL to turn around in. My husband and I have discussed this, and believe we should be given a full refund. We did not touch anything without first using Wipe It disinfectant wipes. We did not feel safe from germs and illnesses in our room, but arrived too exhausted to ask for another one. Please approve a full refund for our experience. We request a personal response to this complaint.
