Great stay! The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The only time we needed the car once we arrived was for a KY visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms. Would not hesitate to stay there again
Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties weâve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!!
Had a few friends stay here with me because I flew into Cincinnati to visit old friends and the views and the setup in general was very nice. Location is great for enjoying Cincinnati and walking the whole time. Nothing like grilling with the Cinci skyline in the back.
The home was nice. The upstairs view of the city was unobstructed. Living room view is thru a screened window. Parking was a crunch so be prepared to walk up/down a steep hill. The hot tub area was unusable as we were uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. We did however love the location. Very close to UC hospital. Very convenient. We were unaware that the price listed was for 2 people and there is an additional fee for each person over 2.
We came down for a couple days during spring break! We had a fabtastic time un this home! Very comfortable. Loved the sound of the rain on the roof at night!
Honestly, I was very disappointed. The description and photos did not match the stay. There is truly just one full and one 1/2 baths. To get to the porch/hot tub, you have to go outside the house and down some pretty dangerous steps. The one shower was not clean and we decided not to use it because of the dead bugs laying in the floor.
The metal roof made it hard to sleep because of the rain and the loudness of the sound.
Also the neighborhood did not seem very safe so we were unable to walk anywhere. (Not to mention it was on top of a huge hill.)
On the bright side, the view was awesome.
This location was perfect for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and very clean. The patio was great but the stairs to get down to the patio were very difficult especially for someone a little older. The best part of the property is the views of down town!! Beautiful!
My entire group shared with me that they did not realize Cincinnati had an area that was this nice. Although the area is "old", it has amazing views and a very unique charm.
This place has amazing views of the city, and the host was awesome, very responsive! This was close to the aquarium, riverboats and TQL stadium for our itinerary, convenient location. However, the street parking is limited for large vehicles or multiple vehicles in a family. The 3rd bedroom is open adjacent to the dining room and living room. It worked well for our family, who are accustomed to waking at the same time. Overall, we had a great family getaway weekend!
The primary property was very enjoyable & clean. The outside area was not so clean and it is only accessible via an outdoor walk-way/steps between the buildings. Fantastic location and the view from the sun room was tremendous!
The location of the property was wonderful. I can't say enough about the view. However parking was a serious issue. We had 2 cars for the 1st evening. We secured parking for 1 car outside of the place. The other car had to be parked at the bottom of the hill. And this is quite a hill! On the 2nd night, we only needed parking for one car. Absolutely no parking was available. We were forced to park in a no parking zone. We didn't know what else to do. For this reason, I would not stay at this place again.
Additionally, the listing to my knowledge did not tell us the garden tub was not in working order. There was not a hand rail on the steps inside. If steps are difficult for you, consider no hand rails. While not required , most places I have stayed in come equipped with all the coffee supplies you would need. This one does not so recommend you being your own.
I loved this place, it was cozy and perfect for a Cincinnati getaway. The location is walkable to so many good food & drink spots, and to the (free) train that can take you to even more. The view from the living room, balcony, and patio is amazing and the host is communicative. I'd definitely stay here again!
Great get away for the holidays. The sunroom is pretty cold. Its subject to the elements outside. Firmer pillows would be nice as well. Property is well maintained and clean. Had a good time overall at this property
Everything was perfect, from the booking process to the checkout process! Josh was so friendly and helpful and the house was very clean and met our every need. We will be back!
Our group of friends met in Cincinnati for my birthday. There had been bad storms all day and we got there late like 9. No power. We called Josh and he offered us another place just 5 mins away. We declined stayed the night with no power. Still no power in the morning so he gave us a refund for the weekend and we got a hotel. Everything was spotless and very kind.
