Summary:

Experience the elegance of a royal getaway in this stunning condo within the historic Hearne Mansion. Featuring ornate details, a canopy bed, and a prime location in Covington, Kentucky, this apartment offers easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the iconic Roebling Bridge leading to Cincinnati. Enjoy the charm of a historic neighborhood and a luxurious stay.



The Space:

The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles!



Guest Access:

There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This space is located in the historic Licking Riverside neighborhood in Covington. It is full of beautifully restored historic homes that will leave you feeling as though you stepped back in time. It is only steps away from local coffee shops/restaurants and only a mile from downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer.



Getting Around:

There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare.



Other Things to Note:

We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.



Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I had just the elegant pampered and relaxed getaway we were hope for. The place was in a perfect neighborhood and was a lovely apartment. We definitely hope to return! It was terrific with restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance!

Cute And historic Covington Condo

My husband and I stayed here and had an awesome trip! The condo is as beautiful as the pictures! It’s clean, historic and the property manager is responsive and helpful! We loved being able to walk to lots of great restaurants. Definitely would stay here again! Also want to note we stayed during a KY heat wave (temps at 100) and it was nice and cool!

Historic beauty

House met all our expectations for a weekend away. Close to downtown Covington and a short drive to the hot spots in Cincinnati. We were able to enjoy a hard day of touring and relaxing evenings at the Condo. Wasn’t a big deal to us, but would have been nice if the jets in the jacuzzi tub worked and a king instead of queen bed. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Decadent Luxury

Decadent Luxury is certainly the best title for this lovely place. It is quite ornate! More importantly, the accommodation has all you would need while visiting! If you are a light sleeper, no problem, the sound machine is right next to your bed! Our stay was great. Thank-you for this well-appointed apartment!

Great apartment, good location, noisy neighbors.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Only hitch was a neighbor with a glass pack muffler on his van (or no muffler) who drove by at all times of the day and night. VERY loud. Just an unfortunate occurrence, everything else great.

absolutely perfect

I can't recommend this property enough. the apartment is gorgeous, elegant, warm and filled with special touches. The lighting in the lounge room is truly beautiful and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. It's walking distance to Mainstrasse and the surrounding neighborhood is a feast for architectural senses. I wish we could have stayed longer!
