Brand new. Beautiful inside. Rooms are very spacious and clean.
My only complaint is the breakfast was not good. There was only one young girl manning the continental breakfast and was overwhelmed and wasn’t able keep enough food out.
There no vending machines on site either.
We were excited for our stay based on the 9.6+ out of 10 reviews, but were disappointed in how quiet and boring it was.
There was water at front desk, but none in the room. There is no bar, no food outside of breakfast, not even ice or vending machine.
If you already have everything you need with you and you just want peace and quiet, this will be perfect for you.
We drove to Jerome and went to eat there-wished we had stayed in Jerome for the views and walkable options.
The place is beautiful -very minimalistic. We did not eat breakfast but it was offered for addtl fee starting at 7am. Could not even get coffee before 7a except in room.
Went to Pepe’s in Cottonwood for breakfast and it was outstanding.
Thought Taakai was overpriced too and no view of the Verde River as stated. Clarkdale has a great Mexican restaurant but thats about it.
Again if you want pure silence with a nice big room in the middle of nowhere, this is the place for you.
Very quiet, beautiful property. Only complaint was the lack of water control in the accessible shower. Double shower head recommended so you can be hands free at some point. Also wasn’t any shampoo.
What a lovely facility!! What really stood out beyond the great finishes, gorgeous, spacious roomsand beautiful Hopi art were the people. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Overall we had a nice stay. However, when you get in the shower you expect the shampoo to be filled. We had no shampoo to wash our hair. Just a tip, check that when you first enter your room. The property was very clean and quiet, which was nice
I liked the seclusion of the hotel, cleanliness, great customer service and the views were great. We would've stayed longer but we had to leave abruptly due to my 3 year old being sick. We would definitely come back.
The view from our window was amazing!
Was a little sad that the cafe was temporarily closed. Over all it was great! Will definitely be staying here again!
The place is private and comfortable and clean. Very quiet area with zero thru traffic. Wasn’t around for breakfast though, but the menu choices looked good. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room #4 is the very best. Very close to the balloon park. Nice and friendly hosts. Very spacious home. I highly recommend.
