The staff was kind, the pool was open and clean, the breakfast options were aplenty. Check in was easy. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Good place for families to stay when passing through.

Booked this hotel for a staycation for me and my 11 year old so she can swim and we can relax. Booked it two weeks out. We were all packed up and ready to enjoy a day away and I get a call two hours before check in stating they don’t allow locals to rent. Rules are rules but 1. It’s not listed anywhere on the website or posted inside the hotel I asked the lady why isn’t it listed and she said it’s not a requirement to list it. I asked her why she waited until two hours to check in to call to cancel me and I booked two weeks ago and she said she didn’t have a answer for that she also stated she didn’t understand why I was so mad and that it wasn’t that serious she didn’t have any empathy or care in the world at all and wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager. I’m black and I have a white friend who also told me that she stayed there with her two kids last week with no issues and she is a local as well. This is ridiculous and honestly a discrimination
