Dirty bedding, garbage on the floor, tiny bathroom with no fan. Check in took a long time cause they didn't have any record of my reservation. Bare bones facility, price as much as Holiday Inn. My son cried and was afraid to sleep in his bed because the sheets were stained and the top blanket had something smeared on it. We did check for bed bugs and didnt see any. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. While our hotel is older, we do take pride in offering a great value. All of our rooms come with a mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee, fast wi-fi, and a free breakfast. We will address your concerns with our housekeeping department and make sure they are corrected at once. Thank you for taking the time to write a review!

Great Value

Pros: Good value and clean. Desk attendants were good. Carpeting and bathroom fixtures appeared to be new. WiFi connection was good.
Cons: More accessible outlets for plugging in devices, a light in the closet/luggage rack area, a less noisy heater
We were pleasantly surprised. Glad they allow dogs even though we ended up leaving our dog with family for the night. We also didn't partake of the breakfast, so can't comment there. Bed was a little soft, but I like them firm. We couldn't find the TV channel guide. I could also use more space on the bathroom counter. Glad there were queen beds in the economy rooms as opposed to double beds down the road.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The staff, the cleanliness.
Stayed here because it was close to Silverwood. When we checked in that night we were all going to shower and there was only one towel. I called the front desk and the lady was so rude and hung up on me and i never received any more towels. I also called the front desk because i wanted the WiFi password and i looked everywhere and didn't see it. She rudely told me it was on the envelope on my key card and i told her it wasn't. She told me the password really fast and then said said "okay bye" and hung up on me again! One of my Queen beds had a dirty blanket that had hand print of dirt or makeup. The other Queen bed had something on the side of the bed that clearly wasn't a stain. Something that looked like food. It looked like if someone cared enough they could have gotten it out. I went to check out and stood in the little lobby for about 20 minutes and still no one came. This is a horrible disgusting hotel and i wouldn't recommend even a stray animal stay here!!!

Go to another Hotel

Pros: Nothing about the hotel itself. It's proximity was close to our event.
Cons: Attitude of the staff; the cleanliness & working condition of the equipment; a separate area to eat the continental breakfast instead of in the lobby.
Location: Several restaurants, gas stations, main thoroughfare, main state highway and freeway; water park up the street and theme park a few miles away.
We were checking in late and the clerk at the front desk couldn't stop complaining about the new G.M.; this began our negative experience. We were given what we thought was a comfortable room to find sticks on the floor, long black hair in the sink and a used towel hanging behind the door. We didn't use the AC just got into bed and fell asleep. The next day we tried to use the AC and got a bad odor, like there was mold growing in it. We immediately turned it off and reported this to the G.M. He informed us it smelled bad because of the filling station and the main road next to the hotel. NO! It smelled like mold. He assured us he would have maintenance check it. That evening we asked if maintenance looked at the AC. No, maintenance doesn't work weekends, it would be checked Monday. Why didn't he tell us that? We asked for a new room and was told NO because housekeeping wasn't available to clean our room so they could re-rent it. WHAT!? If there is mold in the AC, the room shouldn't be re-rented but, re-renting was the clerks only concern. We called our booking agency and they arranged for us to get a different room after the clerk called her Regional Manager. That fiasco took well over an hour. The new room was much better but, Wi-Fi didn't reach down the hall so no internet connection. Can you believe that? This is the poorest run and most frustrating hotel we have ever had the experience of being in. We will NEVER AGAIN even consider this hotel.

Great Location

Pros: Comfy beds and how close it was to everything
Cons: NA
Location: See Above
This place was a pretty good place to stay. Of course with any motel room its a place to sleep while you visit the area where you are at. This motel is close to many places to eat. One is right next door to withing a half mile for many others. It is also very close to the major attractions of the area, the lake, Triple Play, and Silverwood.
