This hotel is near a golf cart community area beach. The fair sets up literally next door. Beach is right there (2 steps down and cross a side walk).

Really loved this place. I had a great experience here. Had no problems with check in, parking, and the rooms were kept clean. The breakfast was standard but still better than most places. The front desk were very helpful as well.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you ever visit Colonial Beach. The fact you could walk outside your door and literally be a the beach was a bonus!

We asked to see if we could have the parking in-front of our room. They say yes and they didn’t give it to us. If it was not possible the front desk should let me know and i would go to another hotel.
