Waterfront with spectacular view, close to restaurants and bars

Imagine yourself with a glass of wine, sitting on our front porch (we call it our Tuscan veranda), watching a breathtaking sunset over Monroe Bay. Unobstructed water view, located on "The Point", recently renovated with cook's kitchen, 2 beds, 2 full baths, sleeping up to 5 guests. Beaches a short 3 block scenic walk. Bring your bikes or rent a golfcart. A variety of restaurants/bars located within blocks. Wifi included. Ample parking for cars and trailers. When we have guests in the house we occupy our RV at the rear of our 17,000 square foot property. Nothing is shared between us and our guests including amenities. Guests are closer to next door neighbors than they are to us.

Our stay at this beautiful waterfront property was truly exceptional. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning — a serene backdrop that made mornings peaceful and evenings magical. The location is ideal, with access to great restaurants and bars, yet the home feels quiet and private.Check-in was seamless, and everything in the home was immaculately clean and well-stocked.Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway with all the comforts of home and a splash of luxury!

Cozy and Beautiful Home

Home is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for your stay. Enjoy sitting on the front porch and watching the gorgeous sunsets over Monroe Bay. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to explore the community. A great place to relax. Our hosts, William and Sharon, are very friendly and accommodating to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend! Plan to go back next year.

Perfect getaway weekend

Relax at Colonial Beach

Beautiful home with amazing views of Monroe Bay. Enjoyed lovely sunsets almost every day. We rented a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach and into town. The house was spotlessly clean and owner lives on site if you have any problems.

Post Summer Get-away

We all had a wonderful time at this property in Colonial Beach. At first, we wanted to get away from everything, but we realized a lot of beach destinations were a hike from civilization. We decided on this house and location because of the beautiful view, the property and it's proximity to shops and restaurants, while still be quiet. This was it!! Great service when we had questions, welcoming home, and spacious for the 2 couples that stayed. Would definitely come back!
