Wonderful!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. Everything is so well preserved and is set up for optimal enjoyment. There is a wonderful courtyard with a firepit and plenty of seating to just relax and enjoy. Even enjoyed the little hummingbird flittering around from plant to plant.

Celebration in Comfort

We celebrated our 28th Wedding Anniversary in Confort, Tx. Staying at Hotel Giles made it even better. Lovely room, brakfast, guest social hour and everything was close by. The vineyards were less then 10 minutes away. Will definitely go back.

This was truly a quiet and beautiful vacation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

Very comfortable and clean room

Very comfortable and clean room. Loved the soap and lotion! Breakfast was delicious. Only thing I would say is the shutters in bathroom don’t close completely shut and at night while taking a shower used ingenuity to close them.

A lovely, comfortable, historic property with friendly staff. We especially appreciated the call we received from them while en route, making sure we were on a safe path and not driving into dangerous, flash-flooded roads. The dining area was accessible during non-breakfast hours, making a microwave, wine glasses, etc. available if needed. We also enjoyed the modern art pieces throughout the property. Thank you, hotel Giles for a pleasant stay for our anniversary (and for the card with well-wishes)!

Paid and opted not to stay after all. The place did not match the glowing reviews online and we did not feel comfortable staying overnight. It was "sold out" online yet there were no cars at the property. The hotel was disturbingly desolate and the town was empty. Eeriest feeling.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed staying here. They also had live music Saturday night and it was really nice! Definitely recommend it.
