Well we got to Hotel Valencia and had to wait 45 minutes before we could check in and after checking in we are told there is no WiFi it’s been out for 5 days. Once we get to the room my husband used the restroom and toilet couldn’t flush. So then we leave the room go walk on the Riverwalk come back to the Hotel to lay down and the tv remote wouldn’t work. We also go a note under the door regarding a pipe busting in the control room which there is no WiFi no phones and no room service due to phones being down. Went to the desk and this gentleman was very understanding and nice regarding my distain of the issues. The staff was super nice and did there best but for the price it’s just not acceptable.
