The parking situation was rediculous. We booked a suite that sleeps six people yet, We were only allowed one parking space per reservation. Instead we had to use a public parking lot which charged nearly $100 for ten hours.

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of San Antonio very close to do many things. Parking is only available as Valet parking but from what we gathered public parking is not much cheaper and with that basket is more secure. Or would be great to have real cutlery and plates at breakfast rather than disposable ones you bin. Staff was helpful and friendly. There pool was a nice addition as well, although a bit cold but we enjoyed it. We loved the stay.

No complaints other than the water pressure in the shower was lower than the standard. However the hotels other attributes outweighed that one issue. Breakfast was great and the coffee was too! 4.5 out of 5 in my opinion.

Chose this property because we attended the fiesta parade. It was the shortest walk to our seats. The hotel was SO nice. The rooms are HUGE, clean, easy check in, staff is incredibly friendly. We will be doing this every year!
