When we drove up, we were immediately greeted by the valet crew and they were very professional and friendly. When I checked in, Chris was our professional front desk employee who made check-in easy. Derek, professional and friendly, assisted us with our luggage. The room was clean, roomy and we loved our balcony. The music was loud from the Riverwalk but what would you expect if you're on the Riverwalk?!? The music did cut off about 11pm but you heard the traffic but that's why they provide ear plugs. Just remember that when you check out, they charge you separately for parking. We'd stay again!!!

We have stayed here before. So it was a treat to stay again. We did the valet parking which was $55/night. But well worth the money. The only negative was they were doing renovations somewhere close to our room. So on the first morning we were woken by hammering before 8:20am. However, the second morning was better.

Front desk Cameron was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and all the staff were extremely friendly. Beds were so comfortable and the view from the balcony was a great experience to see San Antonio Riverwalk view.

Very convenient location along the riverwalk. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel during FIESTA.

Best hotel on the Riverwalk!

We always love staying here. It's conveniently located near all of the fun spots on the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They even upgraded us to a riverview room because we always choose to stay there for Fiesta year after year.

Electrical outlets wore out. Charging phones was extremely challenging. Having tried multiple chargers. The chargers barely stayed in the plug The buffet break pricey but it was excellent. Valet Parking was cost $55 per day but typical for the area

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms with balconies are beautiful. Nice restaurants within and around hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking only but that works since parking is so hard to find around this area.

Loved the location. The hotel staff was very friendly. I could not give it a 5 star rating based on comparison with properties I believe truly are 5 star. The hotel is clean but rooms are definitely dated. One old chair in the corner and a small rolling desk chair. We sat on the bed so no worries. Also, every time we passed through the lobby we were approached about booking another trip to listen to the two hour "non time share" presentation. While the lady was very kind we found ourselves dreading the lobby and looking for other ways out of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view to the river walk . They have a wonderful restaurant buffet and ala crate great service we loved angel sweetes men waiter there. The hotel is great … no complaints on hotel . One thing that was annoying is There’s construction across the street on city view and that was annoying didn’t let you sleep they started early We had a group of 18 celebrating my niece 40th we booked 9 rooms and all were on same with noise disturbances and also I asked for 1 request a cake to be taken to the birthday girl room it never made it and the front desk assured me it would but it didn’t we were there 6 days…. Enjoyed the stay
