The front desk staff were very nice. But, we needed a shower head replaced, no water pressure. There were dead bugs on the ceiling of our room. The outlets in the room were not usable and some were unsafe in the sockets. It was a very noisy hotel, highway traffic was horrible. Also, if you say you have a hot tub and pool, inform on whether it is inside or outside. Every hotel room needs a large trash can, the tiny ones are too small. Very disappointed in the hotel in general. The people were nice but the hotel was not really a nice hotel.

Lady at front was very nice. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was “meh”. Bathroom sink counter could have been cleaner. Might want to clean behind the beds too. We always check for bed bugs and it was nasty
