Checked in. Went to the room. The doors weren’t working so I had to have them manually unlock the door. Bed and tub was super dirty. Like pee stain dirty. It was horrible.

Worst motel experience ever. Check in went fine and the clerk was friendly and courteous but the room was horrible. A/c worked intermittently, bed just had a sheet and a thin bed cover so thanks to the a/c I kept going from cold to sweating. No shower curtain. But the worst part is they have a german roach infestation. I've never experienced that in any hotel or motel before. I had to get up a couple times during the night to go to the bathroom and when I turned on the light I was having to avoind stepping on them with my bare feet. Stay away! You have been warned.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The facility needs some deep cleaning-- carpets are stained ad dingy looking, but everything was clean. Unfortunately there are no good places to "walk" to. There are close by restaurants with good food and UBER was quick to pick up Overall a great stay for the price

Room had a musky smell, dirty carpet with stains. Out dated tub that had bad rust stains, tub was painted and peeling paint. Customers complaining of bed bugs wanting refunds. Key cards not working, every time I needed in my room the receptionist had to let me in my room. Advise not to waste your money on this place.

On the hotel.com website the place look really nice but when we arrive, the place look horrible and there is some people outside look like they’re either homeless or they drugs. It was not a safe place to stay, but we had to because it was late when we got there almost to 11 PM and we have to go to our meeting at 11:30 AM so we have to stay

The front desk staff and general manager were awful.They refused to cancel my reservation when I called to let them know (5 minutes after I made it) that I had messed up by putting in for October 4th-6th instead of November 4th - 6th.
