Note that while at the property, the upstairs half the house will remain vacant, to ensure peace and quiet and upmost privacy. There are ceiling fans throughout and off-street parking for one car.

With views of the ocean, its ideal location means the beach is a short 400m walk or Copacabana village shops/cafes and bars is just on 500m away (7 minute walk).

Perfect for small families or couples. The flat comes with exclusive use of the manicured backyard, expansive balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting.
