"The unit was nicely updated, clean, very comfortable, was a great size for the two of us. It was just across the street from the beach, less than minute or two short walk and we were there, Could take nice long walks and enjoy the sand. Very nice the unit had beach chairs and towels to use. Eating and shopping options also walkable or quick drives and a short drive to Anna Maria. "

"I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this amazing rental! Communication with Lynn was a breeze and the location is perfect. The apartment was spotless with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable- I slept like a log! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag/cooler. I also have to mention that the water pressure was to die for! I loved everything about this great rental and I plan on coming back next year! "

"We had our kids sleeping in the pullout couch in the sitting area and the door had frosted glass. There was an outside light shining so brightly into the room it looked like daytime all night and our kids barely slept. It was miserable"

"Beautiful roomy condo with incredible views. Very clean , great location, easy access. Owner is wonderful. We will rent again. The only suggestions would be to have some wine glasses in the unit. And the pull out couches need a thicker / new mattress or a foam topper to be more comfortable. "
