The space
Beautiful remodeled private apartment with full kitchen with a double GE convection range and refrigerator and coffee maker and George Foreman grill and induction pots and pans, plates glasses, cutlery. Comfortable leather sofa and eating table, 58" television and WIFI , quality air mattress for 2 children and private bedroom and full bathroom with shower. Close to shopping and restaurants, golfing and tennis and racquetball available thru Coto De Caza and payments and reservations are all done thru Coto De Caza This is a second floor private apartment. There are 6 stairs and two landings and 6 more stairs for a total of 14 stairs. I always carry my guests luggage up the stairs at age 65 I still do 20,000 steps per day, so it's not a issue. The apartment has a bedroom terrace with a beautiful view of the flora here. We are a beautiful nature preserve, with nature trails and beautiful scenery all around. it's quiet and peaceful here with gated security. It's like living in the country but only 2 miles from shopping and restaurants. There's a community swimming pool and Coto Valley Country Club has a brand new wonderful restaurant that's within walking distance.

No hot water for 2 days. No cross ventilation, lack of windows that open. Tight bedroom. Not very comfortable living room. Dirty entryway. Nice surrounding community. Gated community, but no good instructions on how to get through. Price was very affordable, but due to other issues we will not stay there again.

Gary was a great host. Since I was driving in from out of state before my family he called to see when I was arriving so he could meet up with me and help me with my luggage. Gary made sure to help me when he saw me. The area is beautiful and peacefu. Everything he says he has he does. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub. I did use the laundry facilities, and they worked great. Everything was just like he said they would be. My pug never relaxes at new places and he was totally relaxed.
