Mingus Vista Casita near Sedona w/ Mountain Views!

Modern southwest flare and tasteful decor create a beautiful space for some serious R&R! This 1200 square foot casita is nestled in the charming and fun town of Cottonwood and is a quick 20 minute drive to Sedona! Comfortably accommodating 4 adults, this casita has a convenient location to explore the wonders of Northern Arizona. Take the train to the Grand Canyon, or indulge yourself in the ever growing local wine country. There are plenty of great food options, local art galleries, antique shops, and unique boutique stores in Old Town Cottonwood!

THE SPACE:

A spacious, grandeur hacienda style courtyard centers the home while you take in the stunning views of Mingus Mountain.

Living Space: This space has two soft leather couches and an electric fireplace. A flat screen TV with Netflix and High-speed WiFi are provided for your convenience!

Note: this room also has a queen size Murphy bed, to comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

Heating and A/C systems offer year-round comfort during your stay.

Kitchenette: Complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker!

Master Bedroom: A queen size bed and closet to comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*

Washer/Dryer: This unit has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.

Cottonwood is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is 1.5 miles to Old Town Cottonwood, 6.5 miles to Historic Jerome, 18 miles to Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon!

GUEST ACCESS:
Although you will have the entire unit to yourself, this spanish-style home is split into two units with a large brick courtyard in the center. Currently only one (this) unit is available for rent. The other side is occupied by the owner. There is a friendly dog on the owner's side of the property (golden retriever) . Thanks for your understanding!

This home is easily accessible with a private entrance. Self check-in is easy and convenient.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Located on 1 acre of land. A private and serene property set back off the main street.

This area is a quiet community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding!

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fees for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.

While the exterior courtyard and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
