About the home
“Cscape3” is a perfectly positioned ground floor apartment on the Esplanade right across the road from Cowes foreshore beach. Views of Western Port Bay, French Island & Cowes jetty and a 5 min walk from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 50" smart TV) flows through to the front Patio. A central hallway provides access to Bedroom 1, which features a BIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR) and a Bathroom (with shower & toilet). A fully equipped Laundry (with combined washing machine & clothes dryer) is accessed via the Kitchen.
Outdoor Areas
The fully covered ground floor front Terrace (with seating for up to 10 people) has views across the Cowes beach, which is just metres from the Apartment (across The Esplanade). At the end of the street is Erewon Park with sweeping 180 degree water views and a fantastic playground (including swings, slides, climbing equipment, communal BBQ's with shelters), picnic area, outdoor showers, etc. The enclosed side yard (with gas BBQ) provides another private area to enjoy with family & friends. There is parking for 2 cars in the communal underground Garage.
Note: There is also a security camera facing the front door entrance, but not viewing any private area.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room, plus three additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required.

Linen
