Escape to 'Sunrise Ocean Views Retreat', our stunning waterfront apartment where ocean beauty meets comfort and convenience. Located just a short stroll from the vibrant main street with its array of restaurants and shops, and mere steps away from the beach and playground with picnic facilities, this is the perfect destination for your next getaway.

This spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite with a spa bath and overhead shower; Bedroom 2 with another queen bed; and Bedroom 3 with a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top), making it ideal for families or groups. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, while the lounge area invites relaxation with plush sofas and a large TV.

Enjoy year-round comfort with split system heating and cooling in the living area, and make use of the main bathroom which includes a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Unwind on the deck with a BBQ, taking in the fresh air and picturesque views of the treetops and water. With one designated parking spot and additional guest parking available, every detail of your stay is crafted for comfort and ease.

Loved the receptionist at coastal stays, the apartment was clean and everything we needed, the only thing i can complain about is linen wasnt provided. But the company that coastal stays recommended were great to deal with.

Great family apartment

Easy booking and collection of keys. Excellent location, walk across the road to the beach. Very spacious and clean apartment, with all the amenities a family needs, including 2 spacious bathrooms. Will definitely book again and recommend.

Everything You Need!

We had the best time at this property. Clean, well appointed, kitchen well stocked with utensils, cutlery, crockery and cooking pots/pans. The added bonus is that it is right across the road from Cowes Beach and a quick stroll to the shops. Couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough. A great space for a great holiday.

Overall a good stay

Can't beat the location of this property, and well set up apartment. Cleanliness could be improved (items left behind from previous occupants), some minor maintenance needed, and unfortunately AC was not working when we stayed. I anticipate these things should be an easy fix, and if rectified then great place to stay.

Family getaway

The property had everything we needed and it was close to all the facilities which made our holiday very pleasing. Our highlight was definitely balcony with an ocean view. The house was very clean and did have plenty of storage for our clothes as well as food.

The appointment did not have an iron, it was left with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and the oveN didn’t work.

Great for a getaway

A very nice place to stay. The apartment had ocean views and situated at a quiet end of The Esplanade, but still a short walk to the main strip and also cafes and restaurants. Well presented and very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Pick up and dropoff of the keys out of hours was simple. Great stay for a family, couple or group.
