Step inside and enjoy the comforts of ducted heating and cooling, keeping you comfortable all year round. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and bring your furry friends along – this home is proudly pet-friendly.
Outside, a beautifully designed entertaining area awaits, perfect for alfresco dining and summer BBQs. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, kick back and relax with a glass of wine while the kids (or dogs) play safely in the yard.
Located just minutes from the golden sands of Cowes Beach and a short drive to the main town centre, shops, cafes, and attractions, (Walk to Beach 700 metre Walk to shops 800metres) this home truly offers the best of Phillip Island living. There are 2 Off street car spaces, and ample street parking.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
