"Room looked good until we tried the refrigerator and it was unplugged and the staff wanted to change us rooms and we were going to but then we fixed the fridge by plugging it in and asked if we could stay and they forgot to move us back to out original room and it was a mess the next morning. But it got figured out and then our last day all key cards were down except managements. So if u left ur room u were hunting down management to let u in. Otherwise the food and the pool and the koi pond were pretty amazing."
