I felt unsafe during my entire stay. It was loud all night and I got no sleep and when I asked to move rooms, the staff put me in a room that didn’t have working amenities. After I asked him move again because the toilet didn’t flush and the AC was broken. I got met with sass and rudeness from the hotel workers. I have been trying to get in contact with their management and have been ignored for weeks.

The staff was very rude, we stayed for 2 nights and had myself and husband and our daughter and only had 2 towels and were told to bring our dirty towels so that they could exchange for clean towels. Bed headboard fell on my husbands head while sleeping.

The worst stay I ever had it was smelly, noisy door getting slammed in the middle of the night it says non smoking property but full of smoking smell the AC is like a diesel engine motor, could not sleep in the full night. One of the worst decisions I ever made on hotel booking.

Linens were stained and musty. Ceramic tile in entryway was sticky. I had the only vehicle in the parking lot with a matching set of wheels. People walking down the halls, opening and shutting doors through the night. I left in the middle of the night to go to a far nicer hotel. Upon checking out around 11:00 PM, clerk was more preoccupied with being on his cell phone rather than asking why I left abruptly. Surrounding area is shady. Spend the extra money and go to another part of town. This is the worst hotel stay I've had in my lifetime.
