No luggage cart available on arrival and minimal help from staff to find one or accommodate with an alternative. It took several minutes for hot water to reach the shower each morning. This is a waste of water in a relative drought.

Friendly staff, the room was great and I am only giving a 4 star because the cabinet that held the fridge was broken and you had to lift it weird any time you needed the fridge.

Everything was great. Beds were a little hard but that’s ok. Didn’t realize we would have to pay an additional fee for parking. Kind of silly when you have to park there to stay there and the parking is designated for the hotel. Breakfast was great!!!! The staff were SO kind. It was wierd getting from the parking lot to the hotel. There was no walkway.

Omelets for breakfast were excellent. Arrived early and checkin was at 3:00. One of two rooms was not ready by 4:30. Left phone number to notify when ready but not called. Errant charge for parking but quickly fixed upon notification. Cleaning service during stay limited to trash empty and towel replacement. Liked the kitchen option. My room did not have full fridge as per booking due to it being disability room. Blackout blinds didn’t work very well due to gap between blinds and edge of window. Made it hard to sleep. Rooms had good soundproofing.
