The service was good, requested a towel for the third person in our room and they did not have any. Had to use small towels after shower, not good. The bathroom sink was stained and cracked, hotel needs a little maintenance and updating. Breakfast was adequate.

I recently stayed for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. No housekeeping to clean the room or provide fresh towels during my stay, and I also found roaches in the room. This was unacceptable and made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

Room was not ready for 3:00 check in. Lady at front desk was unconcerned and rude. Shower was hand held only and very hard to control when it was in the holder. My husband saturated the floor while trying to get in. Very inconvenient for an accessible room. They changed our room which was worse shower conditions. The breakfast was a joke. Mob scene at all times. He was unable to get the food out on a timely basis. Yes, I realize it is a complimentary breakfast, but there has to be a more efficient way. This hotel has was conveniently located to where I had to go, but I won't be going. It was reasonably priced. As the saying goes....you get what you pay for.
