Lobby and main areas had leaks everywhere. Room was not clean at all, shower was rusty and grimy. AC was not functioning properly, broke out in a sweat just sitting on the bed watching TV.

The whole property was heavily weathered. Active wasps nests next to the pool. Buffet breakfast was not worth the price. Bad server. The steakhouse was very good.

Wonderful

Always lovely to visit the resort, excellent location and very dog friendly. Stayed in the cabanas for couple of days and we enjoyed it tremendously. We will be back.

So much to do at this resort. The staff were very helpful. The elevators, however, will make you want to lose your mind. Only 2 were working. There was no such thing as "peak times", they were ALWAYS full.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 40 years. Only one or two of the four elevators worked at any given time and often it was a 5-10 minute wait for one to show up. Our mattresses in our room had to be 30 years old and provided no support. Our closet door was broken. Our safe was closed when we arrived and I went to the desk the next morning to get maintenance to open it but as of our last day (day 6) no one had shown up. The shower faucet handle was not attached and fell off several times.
