Great location and our oceanfront balcony offered great views. Hotel was very clean everywhere and wonderful staff. Room was outdated and no microwave. Room service was quick but the chicken tasted day old & had that rubberly overly microwaved texture. Overall had a great time.

this will be my last day at any hard rock facility. I'm an international member for 15 years. You are fired pathetic service empty facility stuck in a corner no visibility of the beautiful ocean as planned for one simple evening I was denied Expedia rocks and the hard rock is absolutely so disappointing as I said my last day ever good riddance

I had called ahead to let them know that I would be doing a late check in. When I got their valet was a mess was in the street waiting for them to move the car and when I pulled up had to direct them in pulling in another car so they wouldn’t hit mine. Then when I went k the room it was hot has to wait for the ac tech to move and reset the ac twice. It was not a good experience.
