This is a non-smoking unit and the Sand Dollar does not allow pets. Unfortunately, we do not have a kiddie pool and infants with diapers are not allowed in our pool or hot tub, by order of the Health Department.

Beautiful place with amazing views and spacious balcony! Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning and the dolphins. And gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great location with plenty of stores nearby.The owner was very helpful with everything!

Beautiful Oceanfront unit

Beautifully decorated and everything you would need to have on vacation. These owners have thought it through. They even offered a pack n play for our granddaughter. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything. Even elegant and sharp knives. Loads of towels and extra linens. We have found our forever vacation spot in Daytona. Thank you for sharing your unit. Great ocean views from living room and master bedroom.

This condo was excellent. The check-in was easy. We love the gated parking garage. The owner cathy checked in on us and made sure everything was good. We especially like the comfy beds and the set up in the kitchen.. Everything was brand new and tastefully done in a beachy style. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back.

Beautiful decorating. Very clean and comfy.

We stayed at Sand Dollar 702 and were very pleased with our unit. Everything was super clean. Everything was comfortable. The beds especially. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and utensils that we could cook and bake. All the appliances are top of the line and updated. We will definitely return. Even though they were still working on the exterior, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach. They have brand new beach stairs right off the pool. The pool is in the sun most of the day, which is a huge plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice oceanfront location

Great spot accessible to beach & restaurants. Although ongoing construction was mentioned in the listing I probably would not have rented this unit due to the daily noise and construction workers on the balcony next door I would definitely rent the unit again under different circumstances.

Relaxing vacation!

This condo (although undergoing hurricane damage renovations) was great. View of the Atlantic off the living room and back bedroom was great. We slept with the doors open so we could hear the ocean. The condo is walking distance to some great breakfast/lunch and dinner restaurants and also walking distance to the grocery store. You can park in the garage and never take the car out again. And as a bonus, the pool is heated. Our hostess stayed in touch, and we knew she was only a text away. We will more than likely be back.

Sand Dollar Stay 12-26 to 1-3-23

The condo was clean and well furnished. We had no problems at all. The only thing is there was no direct beach access do to the storm damage. Not the host's fault. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and all you need for cocking. Beds comfortable. Great view from balcony. Thanks for the wonderful stay Cathy

Wish we could think of a better word but everything about the condo was fantastic. Location views and the condo itself were wonderful. Cathy was an amazing host. We have been coming to Daytona Beach for over 50 years and this was by far our very best stay.

Beautiful views

Upon first arriving into the garage our card key did not work and then on our way up to the condo the elevator stalled for a few moments until it finally came to our floor. We reported immediately to the owner and others in the condo. Once in condo noticed the floors were crumby and dirty. We found a plugged vacuum and repaired and ended up having to spend about an hour vacuuming and mopping. We also did not have any paper towels or extra toilet paper so had to run out to purchase when this stated it should have been stocked . The Wi-Fi was challenging at first but after about day 3 of our stay we were finally able to connect. The views were amazing and the rest of unit was in working order for our family. Just the cleanliness, garage entrance problem, malfunctioning elevator and shortage of paper products was concerning.

We all had a wonderful time. Cathy was super helpful with checking us in and accommodating are schedule. We were only an hour away from all the places we wanted to visit. The beach was beautiful and right off the patio. Loved the balcony! The condo was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Condo with great ocean view

The size of the unit was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary things to make a meal including lots of spices. Everything was in good working order. The location was excellent. Very close to Publix and our favorite restaurant, Millie's. The unit came with beach chairs.

Perfect location and space! It was a wonderful place to have a girls trip and relax. Very clean and easy access to the pool and beach. Locations is within mins of the best seafood restaurants. Cathy was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. Communication was great and questions were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend this unit!

Breathtaking views

The condo is exactly as listed, it was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. It has everything you would need to go down to the beach
 chairs, umbrellas and even boogie boards! The oversized balconies are so nice to watch the sunrise every morning and we even saw a bunch of Dolphins swim through. Cathy was absolutely wonderful to communicate with from the booking process to checking out. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This property is exactly as described - and even better. The breathtaking view from this unit and oversized balcony patio was my favorite. The owner, Cathy, was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and helpful with even the silliest of questions. The entire place had everything you could need, very comfortable and homey. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. You will not be disappointed renting this 2 br 2 ba condo. I am already looking forward to my next staycation. Thank you.
