Newly Renovated Ocean Front Studio in Daytona Beach

NO POOL

The building is still under construction from the last 2 hurricanes. We are working on the pool/seawall! There is a crew doing some balcony concrete restoration. This work will continue thru the fall. You can hear some vibrations through the walls when they are working, but it's mainly in short spurts. If you are down at the beach or out enjoying town, then you may not even hear any of it. (They seem to work from around 9-5-ish)

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, newly-renovated studio condo!

Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise from your balcony and your evening beverage with the sunset from the front door. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or exploring all the nearby fun activities, tasty eateries, and live entertainment.

This 5th floor condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of as much (or as little) as your vacation-state-of-mind desires. Sleeps 4.

NOTE: The community pool is currently still closed/under maintenance SO THERE IS NO POOL ACCESS.

The building may still under construction, but our unit is not!

• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2024
• The tv is a wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts.
• The dining room table seats 4
• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need
• The main bed is a comfy queen
• The couch offers a pull-out queen-sized bed (linens/blankets are in the furniture under the tv)
• The bathroom features a stunning bathtub, with the sink located jsut outside the bathroom door.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, a tent, and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)

**Beach access is to the north end of the building down the ramp.

** Unfortunately no trailers are allowed (but you can always find alternate secure options for them)

Located just south of Daytona, “the World’s Most Famous Beach” and north of New Smyrna Beach and Ponce Inlet, we're in the quiet town of Daytona Beach Shores. Pirates Cove is located on the drive section of the beach where the Dunlawton bridge dead ends into the A1A.

**There may be some construction/improvements happening at the building during your stay. While it does not affect our unit directly (the beach and your unobstructed views of the ocean will be just as enjoyable.) We have been told from the management company there may be some noise. (This is part of our hurricane recovery efforts). If you are down enjoying the beach or out-and-about exploring the area, you may never hear anything. The work schedule is a moving target and not set in stone, but the latest updates should be posted in the lobby or in the elevators.**
