Great convenient spot!

The property worked well for the six of us. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all the fun things in downtime Delray. And just a short ride to the beautiful Atlantic Dunes beach.

Delray Delight!

Beautifully well appointed home! Property managers were wonderful and we had no problems. We chose this home because we once lived in this neighborhood and knew its location would be wonderful. You are close to everything here. House was beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely rent again!

Five Stars all around

The home has one primary suite (king bed) and on suite primary bathroom on one side, with a living room and dining room on that same side, a kitchen in the middle, and then another bonus living room, and another two bedrooms (one with a king bed, and the other with two twin beds) and a full bathroom on the other side of the house. It was perfect for our family to stay in. It also had a pack-and-play that our 1 year old granddaughter slept in. There were two high chairs in the garage, and also toys! The toys were unexpected and much appreciated! The house was really clean. I commented on this several times. Not a dust-bunny anywhere. All the cookware and kitchen items were clean. The cleaning staff does a good job with this house. The staff at Brampton Park was very responsive to any message I sent. During our stay, the pool person came to service the pool, and the gardeners came to clean the grounds. The neighborhood was very nice. It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the mall where Trader Joe's is. I would not hesitate to rent this house again, or any other house managed by Brampton Park. This was overall a very positive experience.

A great Florida getaway!

The house was spacious, clean and bright. Plenty of room for our kids to spread out. The access to the beautiful pool and patio, with canal views was a true highlight. The house is situated in a lovely neighborhood and is very accessible to many grocery stores, eateries and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Two very good weeks

Great layout for our group, a couple at one end and bedrooms + bath for a family at the other. Also, living room and den and patio = lots of places to disappear. Clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Highly recommended.

Really nice house with great pool and canal view. It is close to beach, and walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, gym, and yoga.

Beautiful spot

We stayed for a week vacation and were so happy. The location was perfect, on the waterway, quiet neighborhood, minutes for the beach, shopping and restraints. The kids loved the pool and the shaded sitting area was perfect for lounging. I would highly recommend this property. Super clean!

A perfect home away from home

Beautifully decorated and maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard setting with a pool, on the intercoastal, allowed for a relaxing week. A short drive, or even a walk, to nearby grocery stores was very convenient. The town, with amazing restaurants was just 10 minutes by car. The management team was very responsive to all questions..... almost immediately. We will definitely return!

Private and Peaceful Outdoor Setting

Property overview and photos are a true representation of this home. Beds and interior furniture are very comfortable. Entire home was very clean and plenty spacious for our group. The pool area is wonderful with chaise lounges in the sun all day and additional seating under a covered lanai. Property manager was easily reachable and graciously allowed us an extra hour on the day of departure. My only concern with this home is the guest tub/shower “design”. The tub is elevated on a platform with a single narrow step/ledge and no grab bar. Accessibility felt a little unsafe. This is a great neighborhood location. Very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect Get-Away

We loved staying at this property. The description and photos are 100% accurate. Everything was clean and comfortable, with a spacious open floor plan, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and gorgeous pool, patio and back yard - perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Our family of adults and 20-somethings loved the heated pool, kayaks, bicycles and fire table. The property managers are extremely responsive, the neighborhood is quiet, residential and conveniently located to shopping, beach, groceries, etc. The only area that needs a bit of attention is the dock, which is somewhat rickety. Overall, a great property.

Wonderful!

Everything was exactly as described. Paul and Carla were amazing hosts, from terrific communication prior to arrival to being responsive during our stay. The property is well maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is excellent and the outside space is as good as it gets. Will be back!

Perfect holiday house for 6!

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house. Everything is new and pristine and the house is very well fitted out. The outside is really peaceful and is sunny all day. Easy to walk to the shops and local amenities. The Property manager could not have been more helpful. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing stress free family holiday.

Warm and relaxing get away

This home was a wonderful get away from the Canadian snow! Neighbourhood was quiet and private. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Would rent again and encourage others stay here as well.

This great looking house is all u need for a great getaway and our friends loved it what we booked for them...house has everything for your da ily needs and of course working with Paul (manager) is always a gem.His maintenance supervisor John was also very helpful.Our friends will be back for sure.
