Full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, relaxing living room features 50" TV and WIFI. Master bedroom comes with queen size bed. Second bedroom has two full size beds and walk in closet. Newly remodeled bathroom and shower.
Relax in the back patio and grill your dinner on your own gas grill. You also have your own Washer and Dryer.

Floors dirty. Dried out Cheeto behind door. Thick layer of dust on tables. Light bulb missing. 4pk of .94 Walmart small toilet paper rolls to last 4 women for 9 days. Dishwasher barely works. Rusty knife set. Lid of trashcan broken and kept falling off. Futon as an additional sleep option would have been ok if not uncomfortable. No box springs for beds so beds sit very low to floor. No table in 2nd room to put anything on. Refrigerator difficult to get into and missing a rail for a shelf.

Comfortable Facility

Our overall experience at the house was good. It has all the necessary amenities that a house should have. The check in/out process was pretty simple. The house is equipped with a very useful hand book that I read through cover to cover. I would recommend staying there... NB: Don't let the negative comments push you away, each person needs are different, create your own experience. I almost didn't book because of negative comments and I am happy I went against what others say... comfortable space.

Great dog friendly space close to downtown delray

Love the location. Great paths around for walking. Close to downtown delray. We did have a car but you could uber. Back patio wasn’t much but larger common space in back. Quiet and clean. Bare necessities. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Quaint perfect gem close to everything!

This was the perfect little place and pet friendly to boot! So thankful could get away from Miami and enjoy this different pace of life in Delray. Comfortable and roomy without being crazy about expensive. Felt like being at home. Everything was perfect. We will be back.

Overall the place was alright. Check in was at 4, we showed up at 4:30 and the room was not ready. Upon entrring the bed was left unmade, and the cleaning job seemed rushed and sub-par. The location was decent, and close to a lot of nice places. Check-in process was simple, and the owner responded to messages. While it served its purpose, not sure if i woild rebook here.

Clean villa close to Delray Beach and Downtown

Four adults stayed at the villa for two weeks in February. Villa was clean, very functional, no frills but it had what we needed. Owner Laura was quick to respond to our need of 2 beach towels. The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. Also disappointed in the outside porch area- it was small, unattended to, the shade sail was down, and only half of the grill worked. But if you don’t plan to spend much time at the villa it will meet your needs. It was a quiet neighborhood and about a 5 min drive to the beach or downtown Delray

The property itself was clean and we enjoyed the stay there. It was advertised to sleep four people (we were only two), but there were only three seats at the table and three coffee mugs, etc. In a previous house we stayed in there was food and there were condiments left from previous renters and there was not one food item in this house. If we needed a dab of ketchup, we had to buy a bottle and leave it there since we were flying home. Why not leave it for the next renter? Overall, our experience was good and I would rent this house again if I was in the area.
