Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, and AC during your visit. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Short 25 min drive to new Smyrna beach. 45 min to Daytona speedway, and approximately an hour to all the theme parks. Large fenced in back yard and a dog door for medium and small dogs

Eric was awesome - great communication, answered my questions for my EV charger very promptly. Property was exactly as advertised, great location, comfortable etc etc - would HAPPILY stay with Eric here again!

Cozy Little Stay!

My overall stay was very positive! It was very clean and instructions on checking in and checking out were clear and easy. It was not far from Daytona and was out of the way enough that traffic wasn’t terrible. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and very flexible. I would definitely recommend this listening and book again.
