The mountain views from this one-of-a-kind A-frame will take your breath away! You will feel right at home staying on this 3 acre cabin tucked into the mountain side off i70, just 35 minutes from Denver and less than an hour to many of Colorados best ski destinations.

The home has all the modern amenities you would expect, plus much more including a hot tub, sauna, basketball court and pool table! The 1,100 sq. ft. deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening happy hour.
The space
The beautifully decorated interior combines the classic A-frame feel with a modern twist inspired by Colorado.

As you walk into the entrance from the deck, you’ll be greeted by a modern, fully loaded kitchen. The perfect place to cook for all your friends and family.
The dining room has seating for 6 and leads into the open concept living room.

There you will find a comfortable L shape sofa, 75” HDTV with Sonos surround sound. Great space for enjoying a movie or show after a long day of hiking.

There are two wonderfully decorated bedrooms on the main level with king and queen sized beds, in addition to a full bathroom.

As you make your way upstairs to the loft area, you’ll find a desk area with views of the valley through the giant A-frame windows.

Upstairs you will also find an additional bathroom and bedroom. The Bedroom features a king sized bed and two additional twin sized trundle beds.

Downstairs have fun playing pool, pac-man, cards on the Poker table. There is also another 70" TV and sofa.

Outside there is plenty of seating to enjoy the views!

The property feels private yet you are only 5 minutes off i70! Come enjoy Colorado's best at Evergreen dream!

We spent 10 days at this property over Christmas, visiting our kids in Evergreen. In addition to the amazing views and wrap-around deck, we were only 15 minutes from Idaho Springs and 15 minutes from Evergreen Lake. We even took a day trip to Breckenridge, which was a little over an hour.Josh, the host and owner, was amazing. He even set up and decorated a Christmas tree for us before our arrival and left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We took full advantage of the vintage Pac-Man video game, the foosball table, and the poker chips and card table. In addition to the hot tub with the mountain views, there was even a sauna room!We were most impressed with how well stocked this house was. Lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There was even a Ninja coffee maker that would make coffee from a K-Cup (supplied by the owner) or a full pot if you have a big group. The TV was like 85" and super high resolution.In summary, the property was clean, private, minutes from I-70, had amazing views, and was well-equipped with a very conscientious owner. A great value!
