With 2800 sq ft, plus a 540 sq ft garage game room, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, play, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped chef's kitchen allows for great meals - whether you're cooking or ordering in. The dining room features sliding doors to the back patio. The garage game room provides hours of fun.

element 89 is in a quaint neighborhood, and convenient to Denver, Boulder, the airport, and the mountains. It's the perfect hub for exploring Colorado.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beautifully decorated home-away-from-home provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably, kick-back and relax, and play and socialize together. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy; and the three living areas, the garage game room, and outdoor space provide a perfect backdrop for enjoying time together.

● Two large living areas, plus one smaller one provide plenty of space to congregate
● Enjoy the 540 square foot Garage Game Room / Mudroom: foosball, air hockey, table tennis / beer pong, pop-a-shot basketball, and ring toss offers hours of entertainment for both adults and kids

Great place to stay

This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants! We would definitely stay here again!

Winter getaway with family and friends!

We were two families traveling to Colorado during ski week. Angie was so helpful and incredibly responsive for all our needs and questions. The house was beautifully decorated and clean (just as the photos illustrate). Our two families had great space for our individual family and great communal spaces. It was wonderful having the kids play and enjoy the downstairs living space while the parents enjoyed upstairs for a "quieter" time. :)The kitchen is well stocked and we made many meals easily and comfortably. The location of the house was also very convenient and an easy 15-20 min from local attractions. Would def stay here again!

Check in was a breeze. Angie was very responsive. Upon arrival the house needed some cleaning and as soon as I reached out to Angie she sent a cleaning crew right away to make things more comfortable for me and my family.The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is great, we felt safe. Quick trip

We flew into Denver and spent the night before heading to Estes Park. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a play area downstairs and bunk beds which were perfect for the little ones. The home is centrally located to the places we wanted to visit while in Denver.
