I have mobility issue3s, and wanted to switch my room to a handicap room with bench in shower and higher toilet seat. I was told that due to my reservation, I could not do it. Nothing said whether for an increased price. Just no it couldn't be done.. There were handicap rooms available.

I immediately regretted booking a room here after walking into the lobby. It only got worse when we got to our room. The room smelled, the bathroom was disgusting and I’m not sure if the sheets had been washed. I would not stay here again

The rooms were horribly dirty and the HVAC was stuck on, and so hot. In addition the door lock was broke so we changed rooms. At least the 2nd room HVAC would shut off but also a door lock.

I didn’t stay at the property, I tried to check out 5 minutes after checking in. When we got to the room I found dog hair on the comforters and chairs as well as dog urine on the pillows and one of the comforters. When I returned to the front desk to ask for a refund I was told there wouldn’t be a refund offered! I will be contacting corporate and I also have photos that I will be sure to post online if this dispute is not resolved.
