The house was charming and clean. Looked just like the pictures. We had 5 adults and 1 small dog and it accomodated us all well. Kitchen was stocked with many appliances, dishware, utensils. We made many meals there. Location was in walking distance to some restaurants and Whole Foods. Also, having the garage was nice. Neighborhood was friendly. Host was quick and efficient to handle any questions we had and pleasant to work with. Will stay here again!

Awesome stay

Place was exactly how it was described. Lot of activities, fun games, boardgames, books, paintings for children of all ages. Surrounded by many grocery stores.Clean, kitchen is fully loaded. Access to community pool and tennis courts.. Perfect location for either relaxing or enjoying wonderful colorado.Fully enjoyed our 4 night stay here and Would stay again!

Short family getaway

The house was just a described in the listing. The bath tubs were amazing!! So relaxing. We didn't really watch TV just put on shows for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Only thing we couldn't find were tongs so we got a pair at the local Walmart (5 min drive) The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The small outside area was great, would love to come back when the weather is better to enjoy it and the beautiful front porch. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend

We traveled to visit family in Boulder, the location was perfect for our day trips of exploring and visiting. The home had everything we needed and more, check in was smooth and check out just as easy! Overall the home was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family.

We enjoyed this beautiful home so much. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. It was large enough that we could all have our own space. Central location was great for getting around the area. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

Nice house, spacious but had some downfalls

The house is nice and was clean but the sinks and showers were slow to drain. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. There are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms and the upstairs does not get cool enough. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs (including the master) so many guests were uncomfortable. The owner offered to bring fans but never did. We were visiting for a family wedding so good sleep was necessary but unfortunately didn’t happen b/c the house was so warm upstairs. Owner was slow to respond and a few times didn’t respond at all. Instructions were also not clear. Overall, would not recommend.

IDT Softball Family

Very convenient location for U14 IDT/Colorado Sparkler softball families. Great neighborhood and walkable to dining and groceries. Recommend for softball families traveling to the area for softball. Stocked kitchen for preparing meals at home and laundry to wash uniforms each day.

Excellent location in great neighborhood

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay in the Denver area for a medical trip for our son. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with plenty of conveniences close by. There was a little confusion on the do’s and don’t’s of the property and the kitchen supplies were basic but all-in-all would recommend for any length of stay. Home was comfy and locale is excellent, especially if you like to walk.
