Unique 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in the heart of the Golden Foothills. Bedrooms are furnished with mirrors, blow dryers, and curling irons to get ready. Home easily sleeps 6. Also, there are 2 extra twin blow-up mattresses available and a twin pull-down couch. We do offer a pack-and-play for children. Enjoy an oversized master suite with an en suite double sink bathroom. 300 sq/ft covered patio to relax and enjoy the Colorado weather. The backroom has 21ft of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The true eye-catcher of the home is the turn-of-the-century Denver trolley car that houses the main bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry area, bringing Denver's history and character to this convenient Golden location. Car 377 cruised the streets of Denver and Golden before it was moved to its current location in the late 1940s. The fully fenced yard is beautiful, with over 100,000 pounds of terraced mountain granite hardscape, and a sandstone walkway. The yard is diverse with tree species including Peach, Apple, Pear, Cherry, Aspen, Birch, Elm, Ash, and Colorado blue spruce. Also in the yard is a strawberry patch, blackberry, wild plum, mint, and lavender, among others. This home is one of a kind and ready for all your concerts, sports, and outdoor activities. Easy access to Red Rocks amphitheater. Enjoy miles of biking, hiking, and skiing nearby. Minutes to downtown Golden's charm. Hop on the RTD light rail to go downtown for all your sporting and concert events. 4 parking spots This is a full-time neighborhood, so please be respectful to our neighbors. Amazing stay

Perfect location for our day trips to Boulder, Red Rocks and Longmont. Close to breweries and restaurants. We took a nearby train to see a Rockies Game. 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths was perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean and stocked. Hope to return n the future!

Great location and fun property!

We chose this property for its proximity to Red Rocks, but it was also effortless access to highways for great day trips elsewhere. The host offered excellent amenities and was great with communication the little it was needed. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous and fun place to stay

Everything is really lovely! Lots of fun surprises and the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen at an VBRO and we go to lots around the world. My husband wants our bedroom to be beautiful colors like the master. Thanks for sharing this beautifully done place with others. Every time I was looking for something in the kitchen, I could find what I needed. There were some snacks and nice coffee-grinder, French press, brewer available. Lots of towels and blankets and cute couches/ chairs. Temperature was very comfortable. Our family of 6 adults had a great time.

Perfect spot to stay if going to Red Rocks. Very clean and the hostess was fabulous. Answered all my questions, gave a list of restaurants, etc. The house was so cute and cozy with all the photos of Red Rocks and family

Came in town for a tournament for our son. This was perfect for us. Location was very convenient to all the things that one would want to do. Place was unique and fun. All the amenities were available.

Cute, quaint and easy access to area attractions

The Red Rocks Trolley Stop was colorful and included anything a traveler might need. Furnishings and appliances were updated. Owner was helpful answering any questions. The outdoor patio was very inviting. The two AC window units handled the above normal temps pretty well - the 4 of us would stay here again.

What a great place to stay! The house was decorated so nice and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The back porch was great and sitting out there in the mornings with a book was perfect! If I travel back to Golden again, will definitely stay here if it’s available.

Perfect place and location.

Really cool place. The trolly that it is built around is very special. Great outside area. Nice rooms. Master bedroom is private. Clean and well stocked. Location was perfect for our Red Rocks concert. We Use Uber. Also close to Golden. Everything is a short drive away
