"Rough start... upon arrival, I was informed the room I reserved was unavailable. We were initially given a smaller room until the hostess came up hours later apolgizing for the mistake. Housekeeping did not come during the 4 day stay. The bathroom was not cleaned and in awful condition... dirty shower ..."
