When we have family business in Columbus we always stay here because of the pool, hot tub and on-site bar/restaurant. The property is well kept and the staff is consistent and very friendly/helpful. The value is excellent!

The person that checked us in spoke with a heavy accent, which would not have been a problem except he spoke so rapidly it was difficult to understand him. The room was very dirty. Appeared no one had vacuumed the edges or under furniture in months. There was no remote for the TV. We requested the room to be cleaned after our first night by the time limit posted and I saw the employee mark in a book. The room was never cleaned. We had to hunt for a trash bag and more toilet paper. When I asked about the oversight at front desk, instead of immediately offering to make it right, he checked his book first. Found a notation with our room number but no instructions. Then he offered to make right. Overall not impressed with service, cleanliness or maintenance of this hotel.

Have stayed there many times, and I feel like it has gone downhill, the elevators were not working well during my stay forcing us to use the freight elevator, also the parking lot was trashy. room service which was not mine was charged to my bill, this was taken care of during check out but has never happened before.

Disappointed with this hotel for the price. Staff friendly to guests. The room has wallpaper bubbling from water damage. Pool closes at 9pm. Restaurant limited options. Bar very expensive. We have stayed way nicer places for equivalent price or less.
