The roon was clean. Check in staff were Helpfull. I was surprised that we had to pay for the bottle water. I feel it should be included. I did like that coffee was olincluded but had to use tap water to brew the coffee. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend the hotel. Location also great.

It is a fairly quite hotel in a great location for shopping and dining. Staff were very polite and responsive to our requests. Breakfast was charged extra but it was worth it. We noticed lots of dust on the wooden floor and the office chair, otherwise a place we would visit again.

The property is really nice and clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. The only downfall was it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed as there were crumbs or something on the hardwood floor and carpet and the door on the cabinet where the fridge was was broken. The top hinge was not screwed in so it was a little off. Overall though a good place to stay

We stayed for two night at this property. The rooms were not in the best condition, they need updating. Our shower ceiling was leaking when you turn on the shower. The lobby was done but not regularly cleaned and you can tell. Overall m, it was an okay stay but definitely nothing spectacular.

We had no wifi during our entire stay! The staff started calling the internet company on the second day but it still wasn’t fixed. Being a person coming from outside the country, internet is how you get around or even contact anyone. It was horrible. Had we not known anyone in the city, we would have been stranded in the hotel. I missed a lot of email, couldn’t do any work until I went home. They were not even apologetic, they said it was out of their hands. No refund was offered, we only got breakfast vouchers for our last day, as if that would help. Very disappointing stay.
